Apprentice BMS Controls Engineer
Role Summary
Kickstart your career in Building Management Systems (BMS) with WISE Controls. As a Full-time BMS Controls Engineering Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside our skilled engineers on projects that improve energy efficiency, reliability, and sustainability in healthcare and commercial buildings.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS equipment.
Learn how to diagnose system issues and implement performance improvements.
Support the configuration of energy dashboards and critical alarm systems.
Work on real NHS projects, helping to optimise hospital building operations.
What We’re Looking For:
A keen interest in engineering, technology, and sustainability.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science preferred.
