Apprentice BMS Controls Engineer



Role Summary

Kickstart your career in Building Management Systems (BMS) with WISE Controls. As a Full-time BMS Controls Engineering Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside our skilled engineers on projects that improve energy efficiency, reliability, and sustainability in healthcare and commercial buildings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS equipment.

  • Learn how to diagnose system issues and implement performance improvements.

  • Support the configuration of energy dashboards and critical alarm systems.

  • Work on real NHS projects, helping to optimise hospital building operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A keen interest in engineering, technology, and sustainability.

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • A willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science preferred.
