For me, WISE Controls has always been more than just a business – it’s a reflection of the values I was brought up with. Reliability, honesty, and a commitment to helping others have shaped every decision we’ve made since day one.
When we launched in April 2023, our goal wasn’t just to deliver exceptional BMS Controls and Building Energy Management Systems — it was to create a company built on trust, collaboration, and doing things the right way. These are the same values my family live by, and they’ve helped us grow strong relationships with clients across healthcare, commercial, and public sector estates.
One of the proudest moments in our journey so far has been welcoming my daughter, Mia, to the team as an Apprentice BMS Controls Engineer. Seeing her thrive in a male-dominated industry is proof that our values of inclusion, opportunity, and respect for talent are making a real difference.
