Critical Pharmaceutical Production Labs

Restoring Stability and Confidence in Pharmaceutical Environments

In a series of pharmaceutical production laboratories, repeated ventilation control outages were disrupting operations and creating risks to validation processes. Given the stringent environmental requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing, even short-term failures posed a serious challenge to compliance and reliability.

WISE Controls were brought in to investigate and resolve the issue. Through weeks of detailed data analysis, our team identified the underlying cause of the failures. We then implemented integration rectification works and carried out BMS controller upgrades to restore stability and resilience to the system.

As a result, the laboratories now benefit from a reliable ventilation control system that meets strict validation requirements. The estates team and department managers have regained confidence in their critical systems, knowing that performance is safeguarded and production processes can continue without disruption.

“Having worked with WISE controls for many years now, I can say without a doubt that Phil and Mia provide us with an outstanding service, they regularly go above and beyond to keep the Royal Liverpool Hospital site running while taking the time to educate our technicians in the many complex systems on-site.”
